Content standards
All course content is created or reviewed by our team and native-speaking language consultants before it ships. Where the app allows user-submitted audio — for example, pronunciation practice — that content is used only to generate feedback for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Data protection
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your account and learning data, limit access on a need-to-know basis internally, and work with service providers who meet our data-protection requirements. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Reporting a concern
If you encounter something in the app or on this site that seems unsafe, abusive, or otherwise concerning, tell us — we review every report.
